Our unique location makes us the diverse fishing paradise that we are. Not only can we fish the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, but we can also head out to the deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean. We are popular for our excellent water conditions and fabulous wreck, reef, and trolling fishing. And of course we don’t just have a few wrecks and reef location – we have thousands of them, which eliminates overcrowding and pressure. Our reefs, ledges, and wrecks lie between 30 to over 70 miles west of Key West and are so numerous that each fishing trip is an entirely unique adventure and some locations are as of yet totally unexplored. You will not have to compete with the crowds and can fully enjoy a great day of Key West fishing.
Wrecks and reefs are great for grouper and snapper while other offshore fish caught with live bait and trolling include kingfish, cobia, tuna, amberjack, Spanish mackerel, dolphin, shark, barracuda, mahi mahi, tarpon, permit, and gigantic goliath grouper. Experience the never-ending action of bottom fishing using live bait, drifting ledges, and chumming fish. Yellowtails, muttons, groupers and others like mackerel and jacks react well to creating feeding frenzies to lure them away from the wreck or reef. You will be amazed by the productivity of these fishing methods! In different water conditions out West, you can score huge kingfish, dolphin, tuna, wahoo and sailfish.
